***Updated Review*** After connecting with iScooters customer service, they were quick to help troubleshoot and ultimately sent another scooter without the hassle of returning the faulty item. Would recommend purchasing from them based on my experience. Bought as a christmas gift, having issues charging and now the throttle won't work after short test ride. A piece was missing at initial set up. Asking for a return and reimbursement because my son was very excited for this, but it seems like a difficult process. The media could not be loaded. Since my kids have gotten these scooters it has been one thing after another. The first issue was with the chargers. Then it keeps making a popping sound as they ride them. It will go on its on then randomly stop. They have to turn them off and on constantly. Then one of the scooter tires started to crack and the back tire is loosing thread. I have reached out to amazon who has reached out to the seller we will see how this goes. They have only had these scooters for 7 days. Read more

Great scooter! Got for Christmas for my newly 7 year old. Only January yet, but still works great. Not that fast but perfect for his age. Just has a hard time pressing the break button down, compared to a bike but no deal breaker at all. Read more

This is amazing!!! I’m 240 lbs and zoomed around on this (I know I’m not supposed to) but it goes pretty fast!! The kids had days worth of rides on it without a charge. My 6 year old loves it, she now enjoys going on longer family walks in the evenings after dinner. She used to complain her feet hurt so this is a game changer!! It did slow down on battery once, but it just goes a bit slower, still functional even if it dies while riding it. I love it! This will be passed on to my son when he’s old enough :) Read more
Great Scooter. Even for experienced rider. My son loves the Bluetooth music. I wish the steering was easier. You lean the handle bars to turn instead of twisting the handlebars. Overall well built and sturdy. Read more
