I bought this to replace an underperforming Gyroor scooter that wasn’t giving me good mileage. Would go from a full charge to half dead within 5 miles into a trip. Ended up sending that back and pulling the trigger on this Isinwheel and I’m glad I did. This scooter is a workhorse! Assembly was a bit of a bear but test driving was awesome. Right out of the box I was able to put in 20 miles from the charge the scooter shipped with and only managed to get down to 51% from 78%. Ride quality; this is a smooth riding scooter. My old Gyroor which had smaller wheels would start to fishtail at higher speeds which was terrifying. This Isinwheel doesn’t have that problem and handles bumps and uneven terrain and even off roading. The motor is powerful. When you turn the throttle, the torque is apparent. You definitely feel it take off. I live in an area where there are speed limits for electric scooters. Fortunately the app makes it easy to set limits to comply with local laws. Speaking of the app, it’s very intuitive. You have an enhanced dashboard like the one included, but additional features such as GPS, customization of mood lighting, and even an action video recorder. My favorite feature though is the fact that you can lock the scooter from the app. And when I say lock, it’s not just locking the computer, it physically immobilizes the wheels. With the weight of the scooter and how awkward and unwieldy it is to pick up, thieves would have a very difficult time trying to make off with this. Even so, a lock is recommended. Also, to make the best use out of the app, it’s advisable to invest in a handlebar phone holder and mount beside the main dashboard. The phone/app function as an infotainment center like that of cars with navigation. I highly recommend this! Read more

Well let me tell you something. My last scooter was a razor metro eco scooter that I got for free. I got this one cause no matter what I did with it , it wasn’t getting the range to get me to and from work. The thing is a beast!!!! It’s a mini motorcycle!!! All the bells and whistles, turn signals in front and back, headlight, horn, cruise control if u use the app. Plus extras like customizing the lights. It took me and my son 2.5 hours from start to finish to put it together using the manual and a video on you tube. I think that was very good time considering we have never done it before. The 2 parts we had issues with were getting the front tire on to slide into the disc brake and screwing in the shocks. I’m currently working on figuring out the settings in the app. Hoping to be able to set the top speed and save it for my state so I don’t run into problems for speeding. This is heavy, 102lbs so don’t think your carrying it up and stairs .I love that you have a battery gauge. Also when you press a blinker it beeps and does turn off after a while on its own. It rides very smooth. It was easy to use on my test run. Delivery was amazing. I ordered in on the 17th and expected delivery date said the 26th . It arrived on the 20th. The delivery guy even helped my son bring it into the house because I was at work. I would love to give it 5 stars but I have to wait and see how it holds up. Update : it’s January 5th, I’ve been riding it for a few months now, it does slow down on steep hills but that’s to be expected, my old scooter barely made it. I have used this to get to and from work everyday since I got it. My job is not really far so I only have to charge it every 3 or 4 days. The lights do eat on the battery a little so I only use them when needed. When u press the blinker at night you can see the headlight sim a little until blinker stops. The headlight is very bright so it’s not a deal breaker. So far I’m still loving it and have added a top box to hold my helmet. We moved the rear light back to attach it to the box so it would be seen better. The only thing I’m missing is a place for my cup holder as I don’t want to buy and extra bar. I used zip ties to attach my cup holder for now but still looking for better options . Now to figure out after the winter wear to get this thing serviced and checked for spring. My area doesn’t really have many options . Read more

This is one of the best touring electric scooters I have ever had. It has a lot of bells and whistles. Mood lighting. It’s on app that does check the speed. You can set the ride like you like it. Has an app you can lock it up or it cannot be moved. I mean it’s awesome. Between a one and the five I’d give it a 5 and one other thing it takes the bumps in the road. It’s like riding on air. Assembled right from the box, easy enough but got a E14 error display which means a throttle error. Tried to contact seller, no reply through email and the support number is non working…. So I’m asking for a refund and it’s looking like I’m gonna have to pay for shipping a 117 lb item back at my expense… don’t buy. Read more

The scooter is great but the seat issue is frustrating. The seat comes with a bolt pre installed with loctite, you cant remove the bolt because the metal nut breaks free from the plastic holding it in place. Therefore you are unable to install the seat properly. Hoping to receive a replacement seat since the scooter is unusable without modification to the seat to replace the badly designed seat securing point. If anyone has figured out an easy fix please share. Its a shame because the scooter is beautiful and seems well made. The lighting is very nice and the ride is comfy, however it is unsafe without a properly installed seat. I will gladlly update my review if and when Isinwheel corrects this issue. Ended modifying the seat by removing the nut from the seat by wiggling it with a screwdriver until it broke off. Then replaced the nut and bolt and added a larger spacer so the nut and bolt wouldn't fall out of the hole in the seat. I had to the remove the staples to pull back the seat cover enough to get access to the space under the cushion to remove the old nut and replace. Will post a video soon to explain my fix which works perfectly. Now I just need a powered stapler to secure the seat cover back to the seat. Honestly this is the worst part outside of this the scooter is genuinely awesome. Just be aware that you need to consider the seat issue which shouldnt be a deal breaker just a real inconvenience.
