The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: July 28th. Customer Service reached out to me twice via phone in the past weeks. They did ship a new scooter and it works great! Original - June 29th: I bought two of these for two granddaughters. One of the units worked. The other unit stopped working after about an hour total time over the course of 5 days. Since then I have been in email hell with the company trying to get them to honor their warranty. It's outside the return window for Amazon because I gave it to my second granddaughter a month later for her birthday and did not mark it as a gift. Isinwheel required a video for me to send to them to show me what the unit is doing. I've googled it and it is a common problem with this S2 model. They told me they would send me a replacement and I thought they meant a replacement scooter because I paid a lot of money for this I waited 10 days for the replacement and yesterday the battery came. A battery? It came with no instructions on how to take it apart or install it and there is nothing in the technology support on the website and there is nothing in the owner's manual. After figuring it out over 3 hours time I finally replaced the battery and charged it and the scooter is still doing the exact same thing it was doing 3 weeks ago when I first notified them. I called them and they told me I had to email them. I have now emailed them and now I'm waiting to find out what they will do about this. These are expensive items to only work for 4 or 5 hours. If I could give it a zero, I WOULD! Bought one around Thanksgiving. I charged it. It lit up but the wheel didn't move. I went back and forth with the company thru email. They asked if wires were attached. They appeared attached but I wasn't taking the housing apart to see. No resolution. I returned to Amazon and thought it must be a fluke with the high ratings. Bought another. It arrived today. I charged it and it does the same thing! I reread manual to make sure I wasn't missing a MAGIC SWITCH. NOPE! Wheel doesn't move! No more isinwheel for me!! I feel and broke my ankle was hard for me to get around with my crutches so I bought this scooter and was able to get around very easily. Loved the fact that it had a brake on it to set when I wanted to get off of it. It was very easy to use and would recommend it to anyone that would need one. Read more
