Great entry level scooter and great customer service.
What a great value this scooter is! Just have realistic expectations. I own several high end $3500-$4000 scooters so I know a thing or 2 about these things. I got my 7 year old son a small cheap scooter with solid 7" wheels and he was a natural on it and out grew it in a week. He wanted to ride on trails like his dad but the little wheels did not cut it. So I decided to get him a larger scooter that wasn't too big now but he could grow into it. This scooter ticked all the right boxes. I'll list the pros and cons of this scooter. Pros *It's very versatile. The stem height is adjustable so at 4'2" it fit him perfectly since the height range is 4-6' *The large 11" off road wheels make for a comfortable ride and are good on the road and on the trails. *It has good range and power for it's price. *Customizable software. I was able to limit the speed of the top gear to 18mph so my son didn't go too fast. *The folding stem and handlebars make transporting this scooter easy. *Good build quality *Great customer service Cons *The suspension has very little travel but the large tires help dramatically with ride comfort. *Tires don't do well on wet pavement, very slippery *Rear lighting is very small, also I wish the deck LEDs were on the side instead of top for better visibility. *Under powered for larger riders on steeper trails. If you're over 200lbs you won't be blazing up trails. Keep in mind that the cons aren't really cons when you consider the price. You want more power, better suspension, better lighting, then spend double the money and get a duel motor scooter. This is a great entry level scoot. Also my son broke the turn signal button and I contacted the company and they swiftly sent out a replacement so customer service is on point. Read more
