So what happened? I really enjoyed my old Isotoner slippers. But somewhere in marketing, EVERYONE decided slippers need to be indoor AND outdoor and added stiff, thick, soles! What! I just want a pair of indoor slippers. I will put on real shoes if I go outside. I may just by moccasins the next time. But - these do feel nice, are warm, look nice and are flexible enough to fit my weird foot. I wore through the bottoms of my old Isotoners after a decade or two. So these will be fine. I do wish for my old ones thought. One layer of duck tape was enough to fix them for another few months - but they are now gone. How long will the new ones last? Read more

Slippers as advertised, delivered on time. I wear size 8.5 shoe so ordered the 8-9 slipper. At first they were a bit tight, but after a couple days they stretched to fit just fine. They seem to be sturdy and well made; time will tell. Since I live in FL, I did not want those fuzzy linings and these with a micro terry lining are comfortable and not too warm. I wear them around the house all day with no problem. One comment about "gel memory foam soles": do not expect the bounciness of new gel foam soles to last more than about a week. They haven't gotten fully flat yet, we will see how they hold up. I'd buy again. *****Edited review. Reduce by 1.5 star. Not even 6 months now and the "memory foam" is as flat as cardboard. I can feel the grout lines of my tile floor through the soles. One shoe is separating from the sole, may try to glue it back together. ALSO, I see the price is up almost $15 !!!! in six months. I've in general had good luck with the Isotoner brand. Disappointingly this particular model that I was sent was very poorly constructed. One generally does not expect all that much from inexpensive slippers yet this particular slipper model fell below even such a low threshold. Read more
