This is my favorite eyeliner I've ever purchased. Amazing value for the money and lasts a long time. It can be smudged in the first few minutes but then it becomes basically smudge-proof. This product was recommended to me by a friend. Certainly the price is great. It does stay on for a long time. Sometimes it even stays on after I washed my face. The problem is it makes my eyes water a little bit. I’ve used it several times and each time it makes my eyes watery. My friend has no problem with it at all so maybe it’s just me. I read the reviews before purchasing this liquid eyeliner. They all raved about it being waterproof. This is NOT waterproof! I was very disappointed about this. I don’t know what product these people where reviewing. It sure isn’t this one. It is easy to apply, matte, and jet black. But I was looking for a liquid eyeliner that was waterproof too...
