Far more useful than a typical paring knife. These have longer blades and handles with a very fine serrated edge. Perfect for cutting fruits, vegetables, bread, rolls even meat. I could easily handle everything in the k8t hen with one of these and a chef’s knife. They dont rust or lose their edge. If one stains, it will come clean with a little Bar Keepers cleanser.
