I hurt my back and decided to try this marine collagen the night before bed. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but when I woke up, the pain was gone. Huge difference in how I felt compared to the day before. It mixes easily, has no weird taste, and sits well on my stomach. After this experience, I’ll definitely be keeping it in my daily routine. Love the ingredient list - only collagen powder! I use this is my morning lattes for a protein boost and also my teenage son adds it to his morning hot chocolate. Stirs in well to hot drinks. I use a mix of marine collage (because it’s supposedly good for the skin) and this same brands whey powder (supposed to be best absorbed protein type). No flavor as far as we can tell. Absolutely no fishy taste at all! Dissolves easy in coffee! The first day I got it. I tried it in a small glass of water and it seemed a little thickish which made it difficult for me to drink. The next day. I put it in my coffee hoping it would work and it is perfect! My coffee tastes absolutely no different than any other day! Course, I've only been using it now for two full days. So we'll have to wait and see how I'm feeling, but so far so good! Also I went to my Doctor yesterday and I told her I was taking Marine collagen and she was very happy. She said that's great! Marine collagen almost no #2 collagen. So if your wanting collagen to help with your joints you need to get collagen#2. Most come from chickens and not bovine. Read more
I love the whole "It's JUST" concept. Tired of products where they throw in a whole bunch of other things, vitamins, minerals, who-knows-what, ignoring the reality that most people already take a multi-vitamin mineral. There is such as thing as too much of some supplements. With It's Just I know exactly what I am getting. The fish collagen has no noticeable taste to me, dissolves easily. Reality check, it takes months for dietary collagen to make a meaningful difference in your body. I hope it works and will update this when six months or so has passed. Read more
