Zipper pulls are poor quality
I purchased this bag a few months ago. I'm a business man and treat it accordingly. Although the bag itself is fine, the zipper pulls are poor quality and come off easily. I've had to put these back on several times, the rings that hold the latches on a weak. As such, I've now totally lost one of the latches which is very disappointing with a bag of this price.
