These shorts are nice quality. They fit true to size, the fabric is great, and the length is perfect. I'd give them 5 stars, except for two problems. First, I ordered the "army green" expecting the depicted dustyish green that looks like weathered fatigues. The shorts I received are a rich, vibrant dark olive. This color is okay, but I really wanted/needed the color pictured. Second, they were shrink wrapped in plastic so they were a wrinkled mess when I cut open the vacuum pack. Fortunately, this fabric is 97% cotton so the wrinkles came out when sprayed with wrinkle spray. If they were polyester or other synthetic, the wrinkles might have been permanent. I really wish Amazon would ask the sellers not to ship fabric items shrink wrapped--I've had to send back items that could not be ironed or washed to remove the wrinkles/creases caused by this practice. These were a bit pricy for shorts but so worth it I think. Firstly, I love a good pocket! And these shorts have plenty! The fit is perfect. The material is good, maybe a little on the thicker side, but I love them.. The little strip of elastic in the back is always appreciated personally and helps with comfort. The sizes are accurate.
