My daughter wears uniforms to school and has been a little tired of always wearing pleated skirts, so this was a nice change. It has great twirl factor with built in modesty shorts so you’re good to go for endless twirl sessions! Fabric quality was as nice as her other pleated uniform skirts. Fit was true to size. Be aware this skirt has an elastic waist but it does not have an adjustable waist where you can tighten it.
