I was really unsure about buying this. But as a carry on for an international flight it will work great! Comes with a detachable shoulder strap and a zipper all the way around the base that lets it expand a few inches (when it’s not expanded I am able to store the shoulder strap in that zipper. Front zippered pocket and a few inside pockets are good for my wallet and phone. There’s even two side zips that I can slide my yoga mat through. The flat bottom of the bag helps keep everything organized and prevents squishing whatever is in the bottom when picked up. This is the best over night travel bag I have ever purchased. I can’t say enough nice things about it. You can unzip the sides to give an extra 5”-6” of packing space. There is a very deep outer pocket, it has a top zipper and a bottom zipper which I think is genius! Plenty of inside pockets to hold smaller items. It has really nice sturdy straps for holding more like a handbag, and a removable strap for carrying it over the shoulder. I’m buying 2 more to give as gifts. I LOVE this bag. I bought this bag for a weekend trip because I wasn’t intending on bringing too much with me and thought the bag would be on the smaller side. I started packing and was worried I wasn’t going to have enough space and then I realized that it has a zipper to extend the length of the bag! It’s the perfect weekend/extended weekend bag. I was able to fit all of my clothes and toiletries/hair stuff/ straightener in there. The shoulder pad helped lugging it through the airports. Couldn’t love this bag more! Read more
