These boots look exactly as pictured. They are super cute to wear with jeans and have a nice chunky heel. I am normally a 9 or 9 1/2. I ordered size 9. I could probably exchange them but even though they are a little big, they do not feel like they will fall off and they are still very comfortable. It is easy to slip them on and even though there is no side zipper. I definitely recommend these boots if you are looking for a chunky heeled boot! They are great for walking on snow and ice. True to size: I wear a size 6 and bought a size 6. They're comfortable and great for walking around town. I've worn these regularly for almost a year now and they've no signs of distress or abnormal wearing down of the sole. I don't spend all day walking around in high traffic, but I do reach for them to run errands, go out for the night etc. Very good looking shoe, the sock top keeps it soft so nothing harsh is rubbing against my leg. I agree with customers saying they run big. I wear a 7 1/2 usually so I ordered a 7 and could have probably ordered a 6. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is they have some exposed glue on both boots so the quality could be a bit better. It really shows up only when you’re holding in your hand, no one will notice this when I wear them. They are roomy, I have wide feet and these are not narrow at all, plenty of room.
