Yes, these earbuds are very expensive and I tried about four cheaper ones. Not any of them come even close and require a lot of troubleshooting and adjusting unlike Jabra that are super user friendly and work perfectly out of box. Read more

The biggest flaw of this product is its difficulty to use. The design is very poor: 1) difficult to figure out how to turn on the left ear. The right ear is on by default but the left ear is not turned on automatically and it's hard to figure out how to turn on the left ear; 2) difficult to figure out how to connect to your computer. It's designed to be connected with multiple devices but it's so not intuitive how. Really bad value for the price and almost unusable given the design flaw. Read more

I went through countless bluetooth adapters and bluetooth headsets to use with my windows pc, however they sounded pretty bad and connection is spotty. It was really not useable. I could hear others fine, but they can't really hear me. So decided to give these a try, since it comes w/ an included usb dongle specifically to connect to a PC. Also, the regular Elite 65t's had rave reviews when it came out years ago, now it has two predecessors such as the 75 and 85. All in all, these are identical to the Elites except for an extra set of mics, obviously needed for business calls on the PC. Sound quality is good, app is nice and the connection is 10x better than regular Bluetooth headsets connected directly to the computer. Range is not all that good, about 50 feet of unobstructed pathway. I've had not one person yet said they can't hear me. Battery life is amazing, can get about 5-6 hours on a single charge. The case provides one additional charge, maybe 1.5. Now for the 1 star docking. The case has the weakest magnets ever. Pretty much non existent. So you gotta place the buds back in just right in an upright position or they will fall out. The case lid is also not magnetic, it's held with a physical click pin. So you have to push in on top of the lid pretty hard and jiggle it open. Not at all efficient. The case as mentioned before runs out charging the buds at most 1.5 times. Uses micro-usb and no wireless charging. I know these buds came out years ago, but for a premium product over the consumer version for professionals, these should maybe have been added (usb-c). sometimes, it does lose connectivity with PC/jabber/teams - and doesn't seem to know it. I have to re-seat the USB. I don't know if the issue is with PC or with ear-buds Read more

Got these because of the ability to easily connect both to smartphone and computer. All in all, it’s a good device. While it does not have active noise canceling, the device does have noise isolation. I like to think of them as earplugs with little speakers in them. Quality and performance is no better than the $50 pair of JLAB wireless earbuds but that’s from a preliminary try. The pairing process is lengthy and requires downloading JABRA software, whether an app or a program for a desktop/laptop. The JABRA headphones are not intuitive to place in the portable headphone charger. I’d recommend adding little magnets to help with placing the headphones similar to the JLAB wireless earbuds. Update: after a month of use, I’ve knocked these down 2 stars for the following reasons: 1) these are extremely uncomfortable to wear in the ear (I feel like they stretch my ear) 2) these slip out upon first insert into ear. It requires a hefty and forceful “screw-in” motion to secure them in the ear. 3) beware when you switch between talking/listening to music on a computer and an iPhone, the volume momentarily “spikes” to high volume. It nearly blew out my eardrum. After switching to only have these earbuds connected to one device (my computer), this problem has disappeared. Read more

The pandemic triggered a lot of web meetings. It was very convenient to be able to use the earphones wirelessly with my computer. Easy to charge and easy to use. Read more

I was hoping to use these to do video Zoom chats on my Windows computer. Using them for listening to music and podcasts too. A couple issues forced me to return them: – They occasionally make a very loud click in my ears. Once it happened when I walked away from my desk, maybe it lost bluetooth connection? Once it happened while I was trying to configure it. Earbuds should NEVER blast my ears with a loud click! – The audio balance for music is often 90% to the left and can’t be fixed. I googled around and found several forums filled with people saying “yeah, that’s a problem. I called Jabra and they couldn’t fix it.” One fix seemed to work for some people: sticking a needle in the microphone port below the “R” on the right earbud and wiggling it around. I gently tried this (on my brand new earbuds) and it didn’t work. – I had a bit of trouble configuring them to work. Making the sound path from Zoom/Spotify/default computer audio to the speakers wasn’t intuitive and the manual consisted of just 4 pictograms. I muddled through but a little more help from Jabra would have been nice. Here are some hints (that Jabra doesn’t mention!): The Jabra “Sound+” app for Android can help you configure the earbuds… but some forums say it is responsible for the left-balance problem. You should get the Jabra Direct Windows program to set up the Jabra USB Link 370 USB Adapter. - I tried a few other earbuds, the MPOW Flame Solo and the TOZO T12 and both offered better features and sound quality for way less money.
