Eureka! Finally the right size and fit
After multiple tries with other bulbs that were very close but very very slightly the wrong size, this one worked for our coach lights that had burned out. Why oh why do they make sizes that are ever so slightly different and make it so hard for us to find the right size, as in a 0.2" width difference? Because the porch lights are enclosed inside a casing with only so much room to maneuver the bulb inside, that small a difference matters! And as other reviews have said, the big box stores do not carry these so they're not easy to compare visually in person before purchasing. Smooth delivery with no issues. Easy Installation
All you have to do is push it up against the socket and turn it ever so slightly and it clicks right in. It’s as easy as can be. High quality lights that seamlessly replaced the old ones. 1 out 4 did not work
Sadly these are the only type bulbs that the fan light in our family room takes --- and we could not find them at the nearby Lowe's so we ordered them on Amazon. They are pricey at $4.75 a bulb. Would not normally be a big deal but $4.75 is $4.75 --- I believe it came defective. If you look closely at the photo, you will see a black dot and what looks to be a small crack in the light tube. I am waiting to hear back from the seller for a replacement. Read more
These bulbs seem to last forever!
A light fixture using these lightbulbs was installed in my bathroom maybe eight years ago? It's been quite a while. The bulbs finally went out and I replaced them. They are very bright, perfect for a bathroom, were easy to put in, and if I had any other lights that were set up for these bulbs, I would buy them in a heartbeat. These would be especially useful in lights that are difficult to reach, as you wouldn't need to change them often. Read more
