My Sonic loving children are obsessed with this. It goes FAST! I love that one option is to have Sonic only spin, so we don’t keep hitting the walls. Works great outdoors, too! I can't wait to give me nephew this. It is much bigger than I expected. I good size. It requires 2AA batteries. I definitely think it's worth the money unless for some reason it doesn't work but I think everything will be just fine. Sonic does not come off the skateboard. I have bought 3 of these now. 2 for children and 1 for an adult and all of them love it! I think my adult friend loves hers the most even! It’s fun but also has a cool factor to it with the lights & etc. It obviously doesn’t love carpet too well, but it did still run on it. It was just slow, but they are quick and slick on hard floors. Totally recommend. Especially when they go on sale through Amazon. I wish I had found it on here before I bought the first two at Target.
