Have been buying this for years!
This product was recommended to me by a dermatologist after a bad breakout, and it has changed my life since. When first taking it, I would recommend taking the max (4 a day) until you start to notice a difference, afterwards you can slow down if needed. The only drawback I see is that you have to be consistent. Whenever I stop taking them, my skin notices, however, not in a major way. Little blemishes here and there, but nothing unmanageable.
