Love the material. Thin, Breathable; Comfortable. Only downside a bit loose for me. Would still recommend. Read more
It’s thinner than I imagine but very comfortable and I was surprised at how warm it was at 23 degrees F . Bought two different brands of wool and this is my favorite one . Read more

This thing is super soft and warm. It will cover your entire head, your entire face as well if you so desire. It fits me and my husband as well. I haven't had a chance to try it in inclement weather as it hasn't started to snow just yet, but soon. It will be super useful on those days when you have to go out and shovel or pull out the ol' snow blower. This seems like it will keep you warm and protect you from the cold and the wind. Read more
This premium 100% merino wool balaclava, co-designed with pro snowboarder Marcus Kleveland and made by Norwegian heritage brand Janus, is tailored for high-performance winter activities like snowboarding and skiing. It features a lightweight design with a soft brushed fleece interior. Key Features: - Outstanding merino wool benefits: temperature-regulating, highly moisture-wicking, and naturally odor-resistant for multi-day use. - Exceptional comfort: ultra-soft, non-itchy, and breathable; ideal for prolonged cold-wear and helmet layering. - Durable, high-quality Norwegian construction with sustainable, pure natural materials. - Pro-tuned design for dynamic snow sports and winter-cold activities. Things to consider: - Can retain moisture during intense exertion (stays warm when wet but dries slowly). - Requires careful wool-specific washing to avoid shrinking or pilling. - One-size-fits-most may not suit all heads, but is very flexible. Overall: Best suited for users who prioritize natural wool's comfort, odor control, and performance over synthetic alternatives, faster drying and lower cost. A great choice for cold-weather enthusiasts valuing quality and sustainability. Absolutely worth every penny! Read more
Warm! This fits my kid perfectly, and will help him when he's out on the slopes this winter. Read more
I received this product free through Amazon’s vine program. In exchange for the product, I’m expected to give my honest and unbiased opinion. This is a Merino wool balaclava. It is not scratchy, but not particularly soft either. I do believe that it should keep me warm without bulk as it is fairly thin. But if you are active outdoors, you don’t need a lot on cold days. It is difficult to get it adjusted when you first put it on. Once it’s in place it is comfortable. I like the fact that you can pull down the lower portion below your chin without feeling like you’re stretching the upper portion down over your eyes. I think it’ll be a nice addition to my winter apparel. Read more
