By the point I had tightened these to where they’d sit snug on my waist, the loops where you pull the belt sections through were almost around to the front of my body which was not very aesthetic, and they’re actually quite bulky and don’t sit flat against the body. The bulkiness ruined the look for me so I returned - but the belt is very easy to put on and adjust, and as far as I can tell, it stays put.
