Gel substance coming through hose
I rinsed out the hose before using it because why not…. Put it in the freezer for a couple hours n I’ve had to hack up this gel like substance from the hose a couple times. Therefore, after the second time I was scared to use it just in case this crap gets suck and won’t come back up. I definitely ordered purple and received red. It was packed in about 3 bubble wrap packages and came quickly so that’s great. It came with everything I needed. Other reviews are correct, don’t make the mistake
-Ice hose handle itself is very high quality. It’s heavy & feels durable. the rest of the hose is garbage plus the defect of the gel beads. -it is not a silicone hose, false description. -whatever they use for the freeze pack is not sealed, so every time you pull you are sucking the beads out of the hose. If you look in the pic provided that’s after 1 smoking session, the gel beads are all over the inside of the hose. All of the other colors have the same review so it’s likely it’s the same issue with all of them Not worth $30 at all. Read more

Awful product! It’s a choking hazard.
For the first few minutes the pipe worked great and the smoke was pretty thick too. Then chunks of ice gel started coming up into our mouths when we tried to smoke the hookah. We rinsed it and tried again the next day but the same thing happened. Definitely a choking hazard and would not recommend until manufacturer fixes this issue. Read more
