You really can't ask for better customer service than that, so I have changed my original rating of two stars to four stars. --- Original Review --- I ordered the heaviest/strongest version of this exerciser that they sell (yellow). I followed the provided instructions and this product worked exactly as advertised for the first few weeks. It was great! I had noticeable improvements in the shape of my jaw and it was a wonderful workout! However, after about a month, large cracks started forming in the silicone where my teeth contact it. Now, a week later, it only provides a fraction of the original resistance it used to provide because the silicone just splits and my teeth sink into the gaps. If these were $5 and intended to only last a month or so, it wouldn't be a big deal. However, at $25, these should last a LOT longer than one month. Read more

The media could not be loaded. mine came with an ant colony inside. lots of larva and ants inside the box. i just threw it in the trash because obviously im not gonna use it filled with ants and ant eggs. pretty disappointed, and disgusted. It would be nice to get a refund at least. Read more
