Also he let me know that they are actively working on new formulations and designs which should be more durable in the future. You really can't ask for better customer service than that, so I have changed my original rating of two stars to four stars. --- Original Review --- I ordered the heaviest/strongest version of this exerciser that they sell (yellow). I followed the provided instructions and this product worked exactly as advertised for the first few weeks. It was great! I had noticeable improvements in the shape of my jaw and it was a wonderful workout! However, after about a month, large cracks started forming in the silicone where my teeth contact it. Now, a week later, it only provides a fraction of the original resistance it used to provide because the silicone just splits and my teeth sink into the gaps. If these were $5 and intended to only last a month or so, it wouldn't be a big deal. However, at $25, these should last a LOT longer than one month. Read more
