What one is doing with the Jaw Exerciser is building muscle mass in a place that is important for appearance so it will take time and effort. The key thing is that FGVOPJM’s Jaw Exerciser is safe, durable, and effective and free from environmental estrogens like BPA and doesn’t fall apart after a few chews. I know the Jaw Exerciser doesn’t because I have chewed on them plenty. It is important that the Jaw Exercisers aren’t too big because that gets your jaw out of position and can become problematic and painful over time; these jaw exercisers are just about perfect for my jaw. When you build your jaw, you are helping your teeth stay where they are as well and that alone makes this product an excellent value for the money, dentists are expensive! If you ever need implants, a stronger and denser jaw is much better. The work you put in today will pay off for a long time to come. Read more

The jaw exercise wasn't for me. It has a weird texture, very low quality silicone and leeches out I guess the silicone oil, most probably polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) while biting it down what makes it very unsafe. It can cause a tension headache as well. Read more
I got these to try them and see what they were like. I have trained all (ok, many) of my other muscles for decades and thought I'd give these a shot. Honestly, they are less useful than I'd thought they would be, but still work for what they are. If you have a reason to train your jaw muscles, they will work. If you are using them for balanced work (ie. Both sides at once) they will work well enough. They are a good value and easy to use. Read more

I ordered this jaw exerciser set mainly out of curiosity and have been surprised at how well these work. The kit comes with six pieces at three different resistance levels, so you can start light and work your way up. I mostly use them while driving as it’s an easy way to pass the time and keep consistent without needing to set aside extra time to do it. Also good to do while mowing the lawn! One tip I have is to definitely start slow. The first couple of days I overdid it and my jaw felt tight, almost like muscle soreness after lifting weights. Once I backed down and built up gradually, it felt much better and I started noticing more definition. The silicone pieces feel sturdy; I love that they're BPA-free. They're easy to clean, and the progression from beginner to advanced makes it simple to stick with. If you’re looking for a hands-free, convenient jaw trainer, this set is well thought out and works as advertised. My only tip would be to pace yourself early on and you’ll be glad you did. I would definitely order them again should they ever wear out, but doubt they will. I think they're a good value for the money and I would recommend them! Read more

While easy to use, like chewing gum, these take some getting used to. I would not recommend following the suggested usage, at least not at first. I tried out each resistance level (blue is easiest at 40 lbs, black is hardest at 60 lbs). Even the blue takes a lot of effort to chew. Also, working out the jaw muscles is like working any other muscle: if you're doing strength training, or hypertrophy training, you need to give adequate rest between workouts. So I put mine next to my dumbbells and made using them part of my workout routine (albeit not tracked in my app like my other weightlifting exercises are). I got these thinking they could be a good way to help fix an imbalance in my jaw muscles. For various reasons, I've been favoring my right side for a long while, leading to a much more developed right jaw muscle. I tried just using one on my left side, but they are so big, it's uncomfortable to use just one. Also, I wish they were about half the height. I am able to use them, but I feel like most people will need snake jaws to use them (I do have an "even wider than normal" open position, but even with that, it gets uncomfortable after a while). Be sure to do this workout after eating, or long before eating; otherwise, your jaw muscles may be so tired you don't want to chew. Before you start thinking this could help with weight loss, keep in mind that not chewing your food properly can result in choking hazards. There is a substantial difference between the levels. After initially trying them all, I've only been using the blue. I've worked up to being able to chew for 3 minutes before my jaws say they are done. I feel like they could sell them each individually and it would be fine. I'm guessing it will take me another two months to work up to the red. I wish these tasted better. I haven't tried putting sauces or other foods in my mouth at the same time, but I suspect that could result in dangerous situations as well. I also wish the little dimples either weren't there, or were easier to dry, or that the case they come in had some vents so that they could be put away without being fully dry. The case is small, and you could take it to work or school with them, but you would need to wash them after, and though the colors look fine, it might be a little gross if others see you pulling them out of your mouth. I've only been using them for less than a month, so it's hard to know if they'll still be fine in six months, but they seem to be sturdy. When you consider that most dumbbells cost over a dollar a pound, the price per pound of resistance of these is great. All these issues aside, if you want to strengthen your jaw muscles, these are a great way to do it. Also, as with any other weightlifting exercise, don't expect that in a week you'll change from a double chin to a strong jawline. Losing weight will have more effect on that than exercising your jaw; and impressive results take time to achieve. Read more
