I ordered this jaw exerciser set after being curious about jawline trainers for a long time. I see them all over social media and finally decided to try one for myself instead of just wondering if they actually do anything. This set appealed to me because it comes with four resistance levels, so I knew I could start slow and work my way up instead of jumping into something too intense right away. I started with the grey beginner level a few weeks ago. At first, it definitely felt like a workout for muscles I do not usually think about. The bite resistance was noticeable, but it was still comfortable. The design is smooth and evenly balanced, so it does not dig into my gums or feel awkward in my mouth. I appreciate that it is made from food-grade silicone, since that gives me a little more peace of mind about using it daily. After a couple of weeks, the grey level already feels easier, which makes me feel like my jaw is actually getting stronger. I can go longer without feeling fatigued, and the motion feels more controlled. I am getting ready to move up to the next resistance level, which is nice because it feels like real progression instead of just repeating the same thing over and over. I have not noticed a visible change in my jawline shape yet, but it is still early. I figure just like any other muscle training, consistency is key. I like that I can use these while watching TV or answering emails, so it does not take extra time out of my day. They are small and easy to toss in a bag, so I can even use them on the go. In summary, this set feels like a solid starting point for anyone curious about jaw training. The progressive resistance levels make it beginner-friendly but still challenging as you build strength, and the design is comfortable enough for daily use. I am looking forward to seeing how things progress as I move up through the levels. Read more

I’ll start by saying - I didn’t even realize something like this existed ha, but I was very intrigued! With age (nearing 40) and especially as of recently, I’m noticing some sagging of the skin under my chin so I was definitely interested in trying this. It would probably take quite a while and a lot of dedication to do “before and after pictures,” not to mention other factors will influence what your under chin looks like (diet and exercise etc) which would make it hard to decipher what is due to this or other factors - so this review is regarding the usage of the product. I was nervous to use it (thinking it would be very uncomfortable/hurt), but I would say it’s actually easy to use and fits comfortably in the mouth (it’s smaller than I expected which is nice) and actually kind of fun to use. It definitely has good resistance where so far I’ve only used the “level 1” (of 4) a few times and definitely not ready to move up on resistance to level 2 yet. I love the fact that you build up a tolerance to once size and then move up. I researched a teeny bit regarding the effectiveness of this kind of thing in general - and even if it may not really do a ton to under chin, it should at least help strengthen neck muscles which I like and can definitely tell it will from using this. Overall - I think these are definitely worth trying out as they can only help not hurt I’d imagine, and they’re fun to use. I also think it’s a fantastic value for what you get - I saw that comparable sets were going for nearly 4x as much. Read more

This jaw exerciser set comes neatly packaged and includes multiple resistance levels, which makes it easy to progress over time. The different color pieces appear to represent varying resistance strengths, allowing you to start lighter and gradually move up as your jaw muscles adapt. The silicone material feels firm yet slightly flexible, and the textured surface helps keep it in place during use. The pieces are compact and easy to clean, and they store neatly back in the box when not in use. Using it is straightforward, and it provides noticeable resistance when biting down. It is important to follow the included instructions and start slowly to avoid overworking the jaw. For anyone looking to add a simple jaw strengthening tool to their routine, this set offers multiple levels in one package and feels durable enough for consistent use. Mine arrived missing one of the sets unfortunately. Read more

This jaw exerciser set offers multiple resistance levels, which makes it easy to start gradually and increase intensity over time. The silicone feels dense and durable rather than overly soft, and it returns to shape quickly after compression. Each piece has a consistent texture with no rough seams or excess molding marks. The food grade silicone has minimal odor out of the packaging, which is important for something used orally. The included resistance variety allows structured progression instead of jumping straight into high tension. They are compact and easy to clean with warm soapy water. The firmness levels feel noticeably different, allowing for measurable training progression. Overall, the construction quality feels solid and suitable for repeated use without cracking or deformation. Read more
