The product came with the wrong charging cable. There is no difference in feel or effect with the different settings. It's advertised for relieving TMJ pain but tells you to stay away from your eyes and major arteries which means you can't actually use it in the areas to treat TMJ. It's a rather large device (the surface is about the size of my hand) so it's also too big to use around your jaw muscles if you dared despite the warning. It looked like a nice gadget but ultimately feels like another cheap tool from China. I still gave it 3 stars because the item was not delivered to me and they immediately requested a replacement, which I really appreciated. Read more
