Quick, Easy, Silent, Perfect

Carl FarringtonDecember 1, 2024

Perfect addition to my gym. I've recently downsized the equipment I use, now with the Hyperbell Straight Bar, EZ Curl and Kettlebell I can fully utilize the dumbbells I have. I also us some magnet add on weights, that attached to the dumbbells to make increasing set weight quick and easy and maximize the workout. Silent---No rattling plates to wake up the family on those early or late night quick pump sessions. Love it. Strong. Easy to use. Great Customer Service. Read more

Works on Nonzero Gravity Power Dyne Adjustable Dumbbells

JAMay 22, 2023

Works well on Nonzero Gravity Power Dyne Adjustable Dumbbells (also bought on Amazon). Fits just right over the handles. Nice and snug. Keep in mind, since the ends are dumbbells and not normal weights (where the weight would be centered on the bar) any movement or rotation of the bar feels different/strange compared to a normal barbell. This is because these being dumbbells on the ends, the weight extends beyond the center of the bar unequally (as opposed to a regular barbell where the weight is over the bar evenly around the bar because its in a circle). So any natural rotation of the bar creates momentum that you feel in your hands. Didn’t expect that, but makes sense and should be expected. It’ll be something to get use to. You’ll understand what I mean when you start using them. Otherwise, seems to be the next best thing to having an actual ez-bar and now I have more uses for my dumbbells and more exercises to work with. Read more

Great for making your dumbbells into a more versatile barbell, but with limitations...

BrandonMay 29, 2024

I have the adjustable Core Fitness Dumbbells that got from 5-50 lbs, and a flat adjustable bench I use for various exercises. This seemed like a great way to be able to do some straight bar bench presses, shrugs/deadlifts/squats, etc., even tho I'm limited to light weight (100 lbs max, as the bar weighs very little) So for deadlifts, shrugs, or bicep curls/triceps extensions, this does the job pretty well. The down side to getting the bar to your chest in order to do bench press, is that with out a rack, you basically have to snatch/clean the bar as you lay back on the bench to get it on top of your chest. It can be done by resting it across your thighs as you sit, if you're going all the way flat, you pop your legs up and can rotate into position. Doing incline chest press gives you much less room to move, and this can be difficult to do w/ 100 lbs. I weigh about 160 lbs myself, so bigger people might not struggle as much. Without a squat rack to get under the bar, there's really no safe way to get this bar across your back/shoulders for squats, unless you're going w/ light weight. Point being, know the limits for what you want to do. Also the plastic collars are disappointing, as they seem cheap/flimsy compared to the construction of the bar and dumbbell holders, (holders are also plastic, but thick and sturdy). The red screw-down collars are working well so far, so maybe they'll last as long as you don't abuse them. For $130, this is a good home gym addition if you want some variety in your equipment. Versatile, Easy to Use, and Saves Space

TaylorJanuary 6, 2026

This is such a great product idea for anyone who wants the versatility of different workouts without buying a bunch of separate equipment. This dumbbell converter is easy to put together and instantly turns dumbbells into a kettlebell. It feels solid during use and works exactly how a kettlebell should. Perfect for home workouts, especially if you are short on space but still want a wide range of exercises. Honestly, what more could you ask for? Read more

HONEST FITNESS REVIEW

CustomerJanuary 28, 2024

I was looking for a way to "create" a heavy KB in my gym or any gym I went into. This handle can swivel in positioning whether you want to have a DB inside be perpendicular or against the handle orientation. Immediately upon receiving the handle I brought it to the gym next day and attached a 100lb to it for KB swings. Though the motion does feel slightly different and a little shaky compared to a solid KB, the handle absolutely did the job I was looking for and will continue to use going forward. I would assume the thicker the DB handle the tighter the hold and the more stable it will feel in hand. Read more

Perfect for home gyms

BryanFebruary 28, 2025

This is perfect for home use. I have dumbbells that go from 5 - 100 lbs and this holds them all. I was worried the 100 lbs would be too much. But, the unit held the 100 lbs and there were no issues on my end. These will be great for deadlifts and farmer's carry exercises in the yard. The unit itself is very solid and I don't have too much to complain about. The only "issue" is screwing the thing closed. It can be a slight pain at times. But, overall, I really like this and would recommend it to anyone. Read more

Not built to last for regular lifting.

DutchSeptember 23, 2025

As someone who exercises and lifts on a regular basis, this product was definitely not what I was expecting and has been returned for such reasons: - Clamps for dumbell attachments are a plastic type material and will not last for regular use. (200lb max capacity for bar would be extremely sketchy in my opinion). - Foam grip on the bar right out of the package spins with 30lb dumbbells attached. Grip will not last very long at all. - Even with the filler or spacer grommet on inside of the clamps my 1.25” grip dumbbells sits there and spins not securing dumbbell when clamped down. When performing lifts the dumbbells will slide through the clamp horizontal or vertically however the lift is being performed. - Length of straight bar is way to narrow for someone who has a long wingspan of over 6’. I think there was some great intentions here with the product and versatility with using existing dumbbells. In my perspective, a lot of tweaking and redesigning would be necessary for this to be a quality product that would last. Read more
