I have had Planters Fasciitis which developed into Peroneal Tendonitis since Oct 2022. Due to a loss in medical insurance, I have had to combat this condition alone. I have tried 8-10 brands online and one that is found in the SUPER Store . THIS IS THE BEST! From the moment my husband dressed up my foot, I could see that the adhesiveness seemed different.We have to layer strips over each other as to cover a portion of the side of my calf and I saw that the strips stuck to each other PERFECT! I am a little sickened by how much money I have shelled out. Many I have tried starts to peel after working all day, or when I dress it and go to sleep and by morning the tape has started peeling up on the edges and begins sticking to my socks. PLEASE if you are contemplating between tapes like I have for MONTHS,,,just forget it. The better deals you see aren't worth it. I don't take the time to write reviews and I didn't even write reviews for the crappy tapes. This is great!! I got this because I wanted an affordable option as someone who is just starting to use KT for a long term injury i've had for years now. I think this is a great beginner option since you'll go through some tape messing up, so far it's been really stretchy and I like how long it is so you can cut it shorter if needed. though it can be a bit itchy at first application I dampen it or oil it when I need it to loosen up a bit to soothe the skin underneath. It lasts for a few days and is pretty comfortable! If you put it on incorrectly it can cause discomfort depending on the body part/numbness but after I started to use the tape correctly I've been having a bit more mobility and less knee pain! It won't be a permanent fix but good support for the long-term runner's knee i've had since I was a kid due to repeated injury to both knees! Read more
