These are kinda delicate wine glasses but they are very nice. What is outstanding is JBHO. Here's why: I received an order from them and one glass was broken. The packaging of JBHO's box is excellent so it was surprising ( I attribute it to Amazons habit of putting a vendors box in too big of a box without enough padding-bounces around inside the Amazon box too much) Thought dang now I gotta go through amazon to rectify-NOPE - there was a card in the box with an email telling me to contact if there is a problem- I did and they quickly sent me TWO glasses! These wine glasses are beautiful and lightweight. My husband and I did a taste test of wine in our old glasses and in these, and we both agreed the wine tasted so much better in these. With that being said, these glasses are super delicate and need to be handled with extra care. We did break one in the first week. And, even though I had read that other reviewers had great customer service experience, we did not. We reached out to them and never heard a thing. I was looking for replacement wine glasses for an old set I had and wanted to get the same size/capacity but of a good quality and value for the money. I'm not sure how many glasses I checked on Amazon and finally found these. They come shipped in quality packaging. I really love the glasses and was extremely happy with the purchase. I do agree with others that they are thin but love that they are so lightweight. I also recommend (as others have) handling them with great care when washing as I also broke one. I reached out to the seller and got an immediate response and received an entire replacement set within 4 days of contacting them! These arrived in great shape, were perfectly packaged, and are beautiful. The packaging really impressed me because it was very secure and nothing broke -- I've had things break before.
