I like the sound. I like the battery life. I think the speaker has sufficient bass and vocals are easy to hear. Of course, some of this is dependent on the source of the sound/music especially if you use equalizer settings. It is a little difficult to determine the battery life however, as the indicator lights only light up while charging, when the speaker is powered on, or when any other button is pressed. It's also on the back of the speaker, so it's not easy to see. The other issue I have is with the speaker app to connect speakers. I have two Flip 5 speakers, and when connected, they provide a pretty good stereo sound. Not great, but I would think it would be sufficient for most indoor rooms. I generally use my iPhone as my music source, and I always have to reconnect the speakers to get them to pair in stereo. I find this frustrating. I would think that if both speakers are turned on, they should automatically connect in stereo. My wife won't even use this feature cause it's a pain in the @$$ to use. This speaker has great sound for being small in size! I’ve taken it kayaking down river rapids multiple times and it’s been completely soaked and still works as good as new. The battery lasts a very long time, I usually charge it every few days with frequent use. Highly recommend! Read more
