Pros: Excellent sound quality. Extensive configurations you can do via the JBL Headphones app, including updating the firmware. Lightweight. I typically use these for music ~9hrs a day and have at least 40% of the battery left. The open circuit design looks cool. Refurbished for only $40 USD is a steal IMHO. Cons: Even w/ Noise Cancellation disabled/turned down, these where a tad quieter than my plug-in earbuds. There's a set of teeny rubber ear tips already installed onto the buds. You'll need to gently pry these off before trying to attach the bigger tips. Unfortunately, the buds do not last a washer/dryer cycle, which is why I'm giving them a one-star review. 1st: Sound quality, Sound quality, Sound quality! SUPER bass with clear, crisp almost sharpy high's. The staging on these & overall dynamic range from super deep thunderous low's to sharp high's are a little bit (not a lot) better than my AirPod Pro. Where these over perform Apple's Air Pods Pro's is the bass. The airpods have slightly better noise cancellation and some other features but overall sound quality outweighs this. I'm VERY impressed for the price - WOW. No issues with pairing using these mostly on my PC for gaming and occasionally on my iPhone. The instruction's that come with these says there is only an Android app but there is an iOS app as well no worries. Yes I read the instruction's which were printed almost to small. If you have any common sense these are really easy to use, pair and control. I bought mine Amazon refurbished I bought for $37 (normally $100) They came new in box with all accessories. They were FLAWLESS - literally new. No scratches. Right now I want to buy another set as a backup I'm loving them (for the price) so much. I own many sets of bluetooth IEM (in ear monitor) headphones like these. I love the features I have on the AirPod Pro's but what I get for sound and volume these are great. I mostly do gaming on PC while watching youtube and WOW. If you use Dolby Atmos you might want to leave it off because the profile from these headphones is so good already they can at times become 'too bassy'. But when you hear loud explosions like from Battlefield 2042 in HiFi mode - wow.... MUCH louder than anything I own so far. Not bad for something that cost just a little more than a case of beer.
