Amazon is the only place that I can purchase this pudding. For my holiday baking, the recipe calls for 2 packs of coconut creme pudding. It tastes delicious and all that I have to do is empty both boxes in the batter. I have tried using vanilla pudding but it lacks flavor in the recipe. Amazing! The only place I can find this is on Amazon, & I think I've been buying these (they come in a pack of 4) every month the past few months. They taste creamy & coconutty (I use 1% milk. I can't imagine it with whole milk!) &, although it's instant, there's a nice coconut crust that forms on top. Try it! You'll like it! Read more

This has been a quality of life boost for me. I first bought it to make a mango and coconut pudding recipe, but had the idea of using this instead of coconut milk cooked on a stove top. I also eat it by itself. At first I didn’t love the full calories plus flakes, but now I make it with 1/4 cup milk+12g for one serving, either as a snack by itself or with the mango pudding, and I adore the flakes. So good!
