This was not very soft when I first put it on but it softened up a LOT with the first washing. I think over time it will get better and better. I am 5'7" and 130 lbs. Ordered a large because my arms are really long and I hate it when the sleeves are too short. Luckily this fits perfectly. The zipper sticks a little and I am concerned that it won't work great over time, but for now it seems to be OK. I have an obsession with cashmere and this is my new favorite piece. I got it to replace a JCrew one that I had worn till the elbows rubbed through. This one is significantly less expensive that that one was new but feels similar in quality. I originally purchased this tangerine cashmere hoody for my daughter in law. Then I thought I should buy a more expensive cashmere and bought one in royal navy . They arrived the same day and I was shocked at the loveliness of the cashmere tangerine. It’s gorgeous. I have purchased 16 cashmere sweaters for this daughter in law over the years and have lost count of the number I own. So I see myself as an expert cashmere buyer. The cut and quality of this hoody is perfect. I ordered a size up so it would be slouchy. I want to keep the navy one, but don’t need it since I live in Florida. I will return it tomorrow before I can change my mind. I have a new daughter-in-law and I am starting her cashmere collection. She has never owned cashmere and doesn’t know how you feel when you slip into a cloud of cashmere. I ended up keeping the navy cashmere and also purchased another tangerine for myself. Now I’m going to order another cashmere hoody for my daughter-in-law for Christmas and one for myself. My belief is you cannot have too many cashmere sweaters. She is an on air journalist in Ohio and has received compliments for her vast collection of cashmere. She looks gorgeous in her bright colors. great, worth it gets softer with wear size stays true doesn't stretch where you don't want it to but still stretchy enough to be comfy doesn't hold onto smells easy to clean but you dont need to really clean it much if you air dry in the sun between wears use it for running in cold weather its perfect, stays warm when wet and never smells like sweat Read more

Great cashmere sweater, soft and warm. Love the two way zipper and the colors are wonderful, I have three! But, the pockets are a problem, they’re angled wrong so even the smallest object, like a chapstick falls out every time. Remedy the pockets and it’s a full five stars. Suggest changing it to a four corner deeper pocket or just bring the bottom outside corner up another inch. Read more

And for the very high price tag, I really needed to LOVE this sweater to keep it. I have been wearing cashmere sweaters almost exclusively for many years now. I have more expensive cashmere and less. I was searching for a black cashmere hoodie and was willing to splurge if I loved it. For me, this sweater does not meet expectations for the price. It is a very nice hoodie cashmere sweater that was flattering when I tried it on, but for me it is not worth close to $200. I did size up one size (I tend to be a large medium or a small large LOL if that makes sense), but after reading the reviews I ordered a XL. It fit perfectly, smooth and straight with no area too tight or too baggy. I probably would have kept it if it was half the price. Read more

The Cashmere sweater I bought is very disappointed. 1) The quality is rough , Cashmere supposes smooth and soft. I think may be new. then I wore twice, I still feel the roughness I could not tolerated even I had a thick long sleeve shirt under. 2) After I wore at first time , I found three openings between the hoodie and the collar. then I sewed them by hand, I though I may work. 3)There is zipper problem. it is a very bad quality plastic zipper . I was panic when I was unable to zip up the sweater in the cold day. it spends almost 20-30 minutes to figure out to zip up. Although it finally has zipped. That was bad experience. Read more

I love the style and quality of the construction. Not the softest but very warm. I’ve purchased Jenny Lui sweaters before and always have been pleased. True to size and mine is a nice dark royal blue not traditional navy and I like the color very much. Good value. Read more
