I have these boots since 2023, they're so comfy, no breaking in period, perfect little bootie for winter, they are a bit too hot for me in the summer but I absolutely love these short boots and they've held up nicely since I bought them in 2023. they're just now showing some simple wear and tear but they're my go to casual boots for all day wear that don't cost an arm and a leg like my Tin Haul or Ariat boots. The pros: If you have been thinking about a western boot, this is a good transition boot. This is a short western boot with a snip toe. Heel height is about 1.5 inches which makes it comfortable for hours. Nice quality, pattern is etched and printed into boot (not stitched). Ordered black and the print is a very dark gray and will give the appearance of stitching. Love the inner side zipper pull and zipper quality. The zipper makes it easy for putting on and taking boots off. The outer part of boot has a traditional pull-on strap for the western boot appearance. The insole padding is comfortable and if you wear it out, it is not glued in (very smart, my opinion). This means if you wear it out or don't like it, you can use your own insole insert for custom comfort. It is a PU outer so it will stretch and form to your foot faster than leather. The outer is soft and supple, looks like leather. The cons: Runs a half size short in length, only reason I gave it a 4 insted of a 5. If you want real leather, this is not your boot. Read more
I bought these for our trip to Nashville because the cowboy boots I did have were not comfortable with all the walking we do. The boots fit so nice and are very well made. I get so many compliments on them and I can walk in them all day! The price was nice too as cowboy boots can tend to get pricey. I absolutely love these boots! I would highly recommend them! These boots are nice looking, and I love the rubber bottom. I had previously ordered a black pair of this brand of boots and loved them, so i wanted a white pair. The boots look really nice, but they smell really bad. I am,hoping that they will air out. I wear a size 8, which is usually big and I need thick socks. I tried these on barefoot, and they are TIGHT in the foot area. The shaft is a nice circumference for wide calves, so i am hoping the foot will stretch a bit. Would have been a,5 star if they didn't smell bad, and didn't run small. Read more
