I used it to fix an acrylic anime figure that broke at the base (I still had the broken piece) and I used it to fix an old small glass or acrylic jewelry box that the glass pieces were falling out of. I used hot glue on both before but eventually they just broke again. The acrylic figure broke the fastest. I don't know if this is a permanent fix but at least it's very clear unlike hot glue.
