Bought this scooter for my son, and he is super happy with it. His first test ride went great , the scooter is powerful, fast, and feels very stable. The battery holds well, and the build quality looks solid. It was easy to assemble, and he loves the design. Also, the seller was excellent, very fast delivery and great communication. Overall, fantastic value for the price! Read more

I've really enjoyed my scooter. It's fast, convenient, and reliable. It can be a little heavy taking it out of my trunk because of the battery, but the battery lasts long and manageable for me. I take it everywhere with me . This scooter is great that I don't have to worry about spilling gas. Read more

Sturdy, powerful, good battery life and fast. Had to ride it at max speed for an hour just to lose 1/5 of the battery life and the shocks completely rock all of the broken pavement and sidewalks of downtown Lexington. The only down side I see so far is the steering is SUPER touchy no matter your speed, but if you're a safe rider, not a moron, and keep both hands on it isn't a problem which is why I still put 5 stars. You can't give a bad product review for user stupidity. This was worth the money dropped and I'm very happy with everything. Read more

Have owned this for about a week. Bought it so I can park off campus and travel to/from/around. I travel about 3-4 miles per day on it and it will last 3-4 days before needing a recharge. This is in Seattle and it does have some very steep hills. There is only one hill on my commute that I have to assist the scooter up and it is ridiculously steep. Most hills are doable but very slow. Pros: It is fast. It goes the advertised 30ish mph on flat ground, but the acceleration and power are lacking. It is advertised as an 800w motor and perhaps it is but it feels like it has the equivalent power to the lime/bird rental scooters which are 500w. Takes about 30 secs to reach top speed on flat ground. For me this is good because I would probably hurt myself if it accelerated faster. Range is pretty good. I'm getting around 15 miles before I wanna recharge it only cause I don't wanna risk it dying on the commute. If I was willing to ride until the battery died I probably could get 20+. This is in sport mode on very hilly terrain. On flat ground I would bet you could get 30 miles or even more in eco mode. I am satisfied with the build quality of the scooter. It feels very solid. Nothing seems incredibly cheap but also not super high quality. The suspension is decent and the ride is very comfortable compared to the lime or bird scooters littered around the campus. Brakes work well. They seem to have electronic braking as well as the mechanical disk brakes although I'm not sure it's regenerative. You can tell the difference by applying the brakes with the power on/off. Cons: The app is garbage. Cannot track location if lost or stolen, doesn't save trip data once you turn off power but does keep overall mileage, needed to turn on/off cruise control, needed to lock/unlock the scooter, connects via Bluetooth so must be very close to stay connected or lose trip mileage. When folded the scooter does not latch down. There is a hook in the center of the handlebars and a latch that folds up from the deck and it really only keeps it together when being carried. It is heavy. I believe they advertise it as 60lbs on the JGH website and it does feel like that much. Not so heavy I can't put it in the back of a car or carry it up stairs but I could see a woman or teenager struggling with this. Not very compact. I have a prius c and there is no chance it would fit in the trunk. It's fine for me because I just put it in the back seat, but it will not fit in a smaller car trunk. In the back seat it stretches all the way across from door to door. The latch is difficult to unlatch when folding the scooter down. Putting it in the ride position couldn't be easier, but undoing the latch to fold down is very difficult requiring quite a bit of hand strength. And of all the pieces to appear low quality, the mechanism on the inside of the latch seems cheaply made compared to everything else. Overall opinion: For the Range you get and the build quality I do think it's a good deal compared to other scooters in this price range. If they upgraded the app and put a more functional latch on this it would be hard to find anything better for the price. Just know that it is heavy, not that compact, and not super powerful. Update: This thing looks so cool somebody already tried to steal it. Didn't even have it the whole week. They cut the ulock I had on it, and in the process cut the small bit of wire going from the stem to the deck. I guess since they couldn't ride it away they just left it. I'm lucky they are completely incompetent and will always electronically lock it as well as the ulock. Read more

Very durable and well built assembly was a breeze . It takes about 5 minutes to fully assemble . Battery life is good if fully charged. Range We made it over 30 miles and the battery had 3 bars so it will definitely go further on full charge I like the fact that it can withstand different weights or heights . I like that you can pick which speed you want to go Fast mild or slower setting. Very compact when folded down and not to heavy. Highly recommend and buying another soon . Going up hills not a problem either . Cons . High speeds over 30 you might want to look into a damper. And the throttle is a twist on handle that twist towards you and is very touching so I’d look into a thumb throttle Read more

I received the product on December 3rd. The shipping package was generally okay, but there was a paint peeling issue in one spot. I will upload photos for reference. To install the handlebar, one bolt needs to be loosened. However, it was tightened excessively. The Allen key that came with the scooter bent and got stripped. I was only able to loosen it using another tool. Today marks 15 days since I received the product, and unfortunately one of the front screws has fallen off and is now lost. I also wish the fenders had been tested better. The rear fender is too short, so my back gets completely covered in mud when riding. I had to find my own solution for this, and I will share photos as well. When the product first arrived, I tried to initiate a return twice due to the paint issue, but I never received a response. Pros: So far, the battery performance is good and the scooter feels powerful Read more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the JGH X3 a week ago and this footage is from my 3rd ride. Before this I had zero experience on a scooter. It's very smooth, sturdy, and the acceleration is just right. I gained riding confidence very quickly. I'm vey pleased with this purchase. Also, has a bit of a TRON vibe! Read more
