I like this set of thumbstick risers well enough. I can uses these with my PS4 controller and only my PS4 controller (I don't have a PS5 controller to test with). For that controller, the fit is perfect. I have a third-party controller with nearly identical thumbsticks, though, and these risers won't fit on that one. The attachment methods of other thumbstick risers I've used have been more forgiving of small variations in size than these are. On the plus side, they don't shift around on the PS4 controller at all. The taller riser is much too tall for my personal preference, but may be best if you have large hands. The mid riser is a more comfortable height for my left thumbstick. That height is still taller than I prefer for my right thumbstick, so I'm just using one of these at a time. With six caps, this single package will last me a long time. I prefer the feeling of the cap with the eight-pointed pattern over that of the six-pointed pattern, but they aren't dramatically different from one another. You get three of each and they're easy to change out. They're a little softer and more grippy than my others, which I love, and still I haven't had any trouble with them accidentally coming off during use. Read more

I liked the height of some of the taller ones but did not like the install and the feel. My waifu hated the height, but actually liked the feel... so this is definitely a eye of the beholder. The reason I ding the star is the install of the risers means they aren't as sturdy as I'd like over long play. If I was willing to do the work, I'd consider hot glue or some other more temporary adhesive. But I wouldn't want to risk my controller when I enjoy other tips more. YMMV. Read more

Mixed results, strange set up, you put the padded ends on a plastic riser that fits on a PS4 or PS5 joystick, it's firm once on, feels good to use. I could only get tall riser to work, low and mid risers would not attach to riser and stay on correctly, would just fall off, tall pads are fine. Feels good to game with, wanted the taller pads, but might not be worth it if your wanting the shorter or middle pads, at least not for me as I can't get them to work. Might just be the set I got, not sure Would not work for PS Portal, tested and stands are too big it just slips off, works fine for PS4 and PS5. Read more
