Excellent product and amazing customer service!

This was my first electric scooter, and I’ve been riding it constantly since day one. The JL86 feels solid and well-built. The deck is wide enough to carry a couple of grocery bags, and the suspension can be easily adjusted based on your weight or road conditions. After months of heavy use, I had some normal wear and tear — a spring came loose, and I replaced it easily with two bolts. I’ve replaced the rear tire a few times (I ride a lot), but that’s expected. The real highlight is the customer service! When I noticed a small crack on the steering column, they immediately sent me a free replacement part.
