Love! I bought crème brûlée from the freezer section in Target and needed a torch. The oven on high broil WAS NOT IT; a melty soupy mess. This torch is fast. Perfect glassy, sugary top for my favorite dessert. It was so much fun. Filling the torch was easy, weird and fast. A little goes a long way. We had S’mores and it turned out great! I also use on crock pot Mac & Cheese; it provides the Yum look & burnt taste you crave. Everyone thinks I’m magic. Read more

Easy and safe torch
I was hesitant to use this torch for the first time ~ BUT the creme brulle needed to have the top caramelized! The instructions and video helped assuage my fears ~ it was easier than I thought! I can't wait until I need to flame something else!! I highly recommend this torch. Read more
