My new favorite T-shirt -- especially nice for tall guys.
These are great T-shirts! As someone who wears t-shirts all year under my dress shirts the fit and comfort is very important to me. Most of the t-shirts I bought at the discount stores just don't feel very good as they tend to shrink a lot, the material doesn't hold up, and they scratch. I always thought Hanes were the best of the discount brands. Then I discovered Costco t-shirts (Kirkland) which come at a great price and feel good, but the fit was a bit off. I wear a XL size (230 lbs 6'1") and they are little short and a little wide. They also do not come in tall sizes. After reading all the positive reviews on the Jockey t-shirts, I bought these in tall size and I must say they are the best I have ever worn. They fit better on the sides which means fewer bulges showing through my dress shirt and they are significantly longer too. I compared my Hanes, Kirkland, and Jockey t-shirts and find the Jockey is about 4" longer than the Hanes and about 3" longer than the Kirkland. That extra length is enough to ensure my t-shirts stay tucked in all day which no t-shirt has ever done before. I bought a six pack to test and now I am back to buy some more. To allow for equal shrinkage due to washing I wore the Kirkland and Jockey t-shirts during the same week and washed them the same number of times at the same time. It seems really silly to write a review about t-shirts, but I thought it may help other tall guys find a t-shirt that may work for them too. Read more
