Joe's has created a really wonderful sweater. I love the color and fabric, it is so soft and comfortable on. The color is perfect for the upcoming season and goes with everything. I particularly love the mock neck, a turtleneck can feel too restricting or hot on me but a mock is always perfect and gives me the space I need. The fit is flattering for a cozy sweater, it's great to layer items under it but will add extra bulk if you want to put your winter coat over it. All-in, great fabric, warm and cozy without being too hot, looks great with jeans or work pants and great to lounge in if just hanging at home. Read more
This is a beautiful, heavyweight sweater. It definitely fits oversized; I wear a women's size 8-10 and ordered L and it's a very roomy oversized fit on me, even the sleeves are extra-long. I love the fit and look of it for a cozy casual winter day. The sweater is really boxy, cute with jeans or you can dress it up with a skirt or khakis. It's a gorgeous caramel color. The collar doesn't fold over, it stands up on its own. The material is super thick and soft, not itchy, though I will wear a shirt underneath. This would be a five-star review except that the sweater I received doesn't have the subtle cable stitch detail around the waist, front and back. I really like the look of that, and how it seemed to add some texture, interest and shape to the sweater. Mine is just straight vertical shaker knit. This sweater offers the comfortable, slouchy look that is “the look” for fall and winter. This sweater looks especially high end due to the gorgeous sweater knit, the cut and the overall style. The high neck is loose, stands up and moves with you. The sleeves are long so they can be bunched up as needed. This sweater is meant to be oversized, super comfortable all the while looking stylish without looking sloppy. This is a heavier weight sweater than I expected, so it will be perfect for the coldest days of winter. I was surprised to find this sweater knit to be a bit scratchy to my skin, especially since there is no wool. I will wear a layering shirt under this sweater and hope that the scratchiness goes away after washing. I plan to wear this sweater with skinny jeans and ankle boots. Read more
