I started taking this because the company makes a joint supplement that has been life changing in mobility for my arthritic dog, so I was hoping it would do the same for me. I was having terrible back and joint pains trying to maintain my running schedule. After 2 weeks i started to notice an increase in my mobility and now a month later no pain! I’m able to maintain 40+ miles of running, yoga and Pilates without any pain. This makes me very upset with the manufacturer, and I blame myself for buying it, but I read all the reviews and all of them were very good except one that just said that the pills get stuck, and not research the ingredients. When it comes to health I get mad because with the pain of people they can’t play. Well the ingredients are: vitamin E, Omegas, and the other ingredient is just a black oil seed that everyone can buy all the ingredients in Amazon for much cheaper prices! Read more

I got this supplement with the hope that it would help give me some mild relief for joint aches while also encouraging them to be more flexible. The tablet itself is small, green, and easy to swallow with 2 pills being a serving. After taking them for a while I can say that the supplement definitely helped me achieve mild joint pain relief and, as a compliment to a stretch routine, helped me increase my overall flexibility. Although the effects aren't life changing, there was definitely a tangible difference after taking the supplement for a while. I didn't notice any negative side effects while taking this personally, so the ingredients seem to be of good quality.
