I love steampunk and these are cute, but I wanted dark glasses. I have a slight photophobia and wanted to change them from bright outdoor to indoor. Everything worked great except when they are as dark as they can go, it is merely overlapped in the middle. It does not fill the entire window of the lens, causing light to come in around the dark patch and distract me. Also, it has a disturbing X shape in the middle of my eye, causing visual distraction. I would love it to be as dark as it is in the dead center all the way across the lens because I need that outdoors while opening it all the way up gives me plenty of light indoors. Please consider modifying this a little. I’m not sure if you can but look into it and get back to me. Read more

I'm giving it 5 stars because there wasn't anything wrong with the product. They worked exactly as advertised. These aren't shades. They're blinders. The dials block the light not shade the light. Don't drive with these or use with any other tinted or treated or reflective glass. Seeing other cars out of your windows or through your mirrors while driving will seriously impair your vision as the multiple layers of altered glass will significantly reduce what light goes your eyes. Again these block light not shade light. It's either all in or close to all lights out. Also the metal is weak at the joints. Picked these up after seeing an ad on social media. Figured they were worth trying for the price, and I've been quite happy with them. They have good polarization, definitely notice a lot less glare while driving. Colors are accurate, which is a very important feature to me, and overall just feel well made. I have a large head, and they fit nicely, though they actually could be just a touch more snug. They stay on my face perfectly fine, but, if I put on my head indoors or something, they fall off if I look up. The spring hinges had a slight grinding feel when I first got these, but that has gone away completely. A nice little carrying case is also included. Having spent far more on glasses, these are definitely worth the cost, I'll probably buy again to have spares as I lose glasses after about 2 years on average anyway. Read more
