I've been in dire need of some house shoes. I'm weird about my feet and prefer to always have at least socks, but I also hate wet socks so I wear shoes around the house while I'm cleaning. This has caused some pain over the years though and I needed something new to wear (not crocs or flip flops). These are great for around the house. Sturdy but squishy, and velcro adjustable. I alter between wearing these barefoot or with socks. Looks goofy but it's about comfort in my own home for me! I haven't had to wash them yet but I could probably just wear them in the shower too! We don't have any pavement in our yard or anywhere around it so I don't wear them outside, but these would be great for quick errand runs or things like the trampoline park where you can only wear shoes in certain areas. The velcro bugs me a little personally but I didn't find similar shoes without it or a buckle, and it does help if my feet are more swollen one day so I can live with it. Read more

These seem to be what I needed. I have edema issues with my feet, they swell up sometimes. Hard to fit in my regular shoes. These fit fine. Have the adjustable strap, so I can adjust each foot as needed. Comfortable shoes, cushy. I got the black color as it was the cheapest option lol. Not the cutest shoes, but who cares? I pretty much wear a size 8M, so got the 7.5-8.5 size. Fits fine, a little big, but I think that is to cradle your foot. I think they tend to run a little bit wide. Gave them 4 stars because I haven't worn them much yet. Edit: took one star away. These shoes are wonderful as long as the weather is hot and dry. Got caught in a rainstorm the other day, the footbed of the shoes filled with water and made it very hard to walk as my feet slipped around inside the shoe. Had to stop, sit down, take them off, let my feet and the shoes dry before going on my way. Could be dangerous for a fall. Read more

The overall material quality is actually very good and seems durable. It doesn’t wear out easily, and the construction feels solid. However, the design wasn’t right for us. The sole is very thick, which in our case caused instability while walking. Instead of feeling supportive, it felt unbalanced and unfortunately led to a few falls. It was simply not comfortable or safe for daily use. I saw many positive reviews, so I’m sure it works well for some people - it just didn’t suit our specific needs. In the end, we had to purchase a different pair. We eventually ordered Skechers GO Consistent Watershed and are very happy with them, in case that helps anyone comparing options. Really really like these - plush, great feel, nice look, sturdy, etc. Except for me they are about 1/4 inch too narrow and cause blisters on both side of both feet. I tried breaking them in over a couple weeks, but they are high quality enough that they aren't budging in width. For reference, my feet are barely wider than normal (i.e., only a problem once every 10 years or so in random moments like this...back in the day it was more of an issue when popular brands like Nike, Asics, etc ran more narrow than they do now).
