I bought a size large and medium. For reference, my hip is 40 inches (under the bump). Currently 175 lbs. Both medium and large fit me. Shorts are very soft and comfortable. Not too tight, not too loose on my bump. Only cons is it does ride up when I sleep so I wake up with a wedgie. But I wouldnt deduct 1 start for it riding up. I kinda expected it.
