Please think twice before you buy this product. It is big and bulky and hard to insert. It takes a while to light up. I used it once and I have been having constant abdominal pain since. I wanted to wait a few months to give a more complete assessment. So far after using as instructed for two months, I have definitely noticed a change for the better. I was dismayed by its large size, especially since it advertises to work on atrophy. I found it uncomfortably large and was concerned as to whether I could even use it. The device is 4" thick and you must insert it 4" deep for the red light to be inside, according to instructions. The red light that is required to be inside is positioned several inches up the device, not near the tip so you are required to insert it 4 inches in to gt the light benefits. At first try it was horribly uncomfortable. I believe this company needs to design something for smaller users who have atrophy issues.
