It does what it's supposed to when it works. Currently in communication with Joylux for troubleshooting as it stopped working. I'm pleasantly surprised how it worked for Bladder control with just a few months of consistent use. I didn't realize how well it was doing it's job until I stopped using it for awhile. Ok Ladies…..I waited over a year to review this product. The first one I had didn’t had issues. And I emailed customer service in a while perimenopause huff and they handled me with care and grace. Clearly they are trained to handle hormonal out burst. They should start a training class for the male partners of those in perimenopause! And they sent me a new one! So 5/5 stars for customer service! Now for the device. I go through periods where I use it regularly and periods when I don’t. I have done all kinds of things to help for the dryness and little tinkles when I jump, so I wasn’t sure what exactly was helping the most. Until I went out of the country for two weeks and left my Joylux! By the end of the two weeks I knew what had been helping the most!! The dryness and tinkle came back! I have been truly impressed by this product. I was nervous to buy this because it’s such a personal/intimate item. However, I am so glad that I did! It is extremely easy to use and comfortable due to the design. The company also provides numerous ways to gain knowledge about the product, their other related products, and how to use all of them. You can actually ask questions that are answered in a live video chat! (Amazing!) Knowing that I am making my pelvic floor stronger by using this product only a few minutes every other day makes it a must-have for every woman. Left an oily residue on my hands and item I was cleaning. Has a strong smell almost minty like teatree oil! and us girls know you do not want to use teatree or mint anywhere near there. But if that’s your thing go for it, just wasn’t for me and was a waste of money. Read more
Think carefully and do research into how it works and how your body might respond. This is really expensive and requires regular use. I didn’t use it enough and the results are mixed at best. I immediately got a UTI. Not saying this device caused it but not sure. Might use in the future but so far, seems like a mistake. Read more
