Best training device I have ever bought. I was on the verge of giving up my dog to the spca because of a mean streak that he had. He had a thing for pillows and blankets and would show his teeth if you went to take it away. He has done a complete 360 . He hasnt picked up a pillow or blanket he dosnt want anything to do with them I have used it for 4 days now and he no longer thinks he is the boss. I use all 3 modes and they all work for him. This is working great for my Dobbie. My old collar wore out, decided to give this one a try. I like most things about it except the leather strap around the neck. It is very hard, I don't want to leave it on Claire for very long. I will keep looking for a replacement strap that will be more comfortable. It seems to be made well and easy to control. I have had several bark collars that break, have bad battery life, ineffective, terrible collar designs, etc. This has been going on for so many years and has caused so much stress and sleepless nights. I had purchased this item out of desperation after our dog's bark collar was chewed up and was irreparable. I received this Jugbow Dog Shock Collar a few days later after ordering and it was functional right out of the box. I made the 3 features: vibrate / sound shock at level 1. The collared strap is less irritating on my dog's neck and looks built to last. The charging port is type c and the package includes a dual type c charger cable.
