The media could not be loaded. Easy setup, performed better than the “B” Juice Fountain I returned. I believe the design on the base juice distribution area is better, no leaks with limited residual below the juice plate, and I like design of the foam guard in the pitcher. The blender is high quality glass, would like that in the juice pitcher in the next version, and larger (width) pitcher. Only downside I fear some of the plastic, though dishwasher safe won’t hold up, and I’m regretting not buying the 3year warranty. I juiced Celery, Cucumber, Cilantro, Ginger and Grapes in the video. Second juice Beets, Blueberries, Carrots, Honeycrisp Apples, and Kale. These all performed GREAT! I admit to being a sucker for multipurpose appliances. But this one actually lives up to the hype. It is a juicer, blender and grinder. Set up is straightforward and it is easy to use. The motor is powerful. It juices well. The blender function is very good as is the grinder. It is simple to clean. It is fast and kind of noisy. The base of the motor has non-slip rubber to help hold itin place on the countertop. All the accessories are easy to clean, just throwit in the dishwasher. I purchased the 3-in-1 Blender/Juicer, and after about six months the unit stopped operating. I contacted the merchant directly and received a very quick email response. I attached a short demo video showing the troubleshooting steps I had already tried, and customer service promptly advised me to return the product for a replacement. Although a return shipping label was not initially provided, the shipping cost was refunded, which I really appreciated. Customer service support was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The juicer works amazingly — 10/10. The blender, while functional, is a bit less powerful than expected, so I’d rate it 7/10. This juicer was soo lovely ! I utilized the blender quite often but then once I started to use the juicer part it completely stopped working on me and man was I in disbelief Waiting for my refund so I can get a replacement and praying that the new one will not stop working on me mid way ! Absolutely amazing! I was looking for a blender with a glass jar because plastic keeps smells even after cleaning it. Anyway, all other para are made of plastic and I just hope it will last as much as possible. And this GOTMORE machine is also the juicer blender grinder 3 in 1 combo.
