This is my first juicer. It is very easy to clean, which I’m very happy about. I wouldn’t say it’s quiet, but it gets the job done. I use it daily and have not had any issues. I have juiced everything from hard root vegetables to leaf spinach, wheat grass and fruit. It works great. Read more

The media could not be loaded. What's not to love when you find the perfect juicer that gives you up to 95% juice from your fruits and veggies, the extracted pulp is the driest I've ever encountered from such machines. The functions on this simple machine makes juicing a breeze, soft attends to soft veggies and fruits like watermelon at a suitable extraction speed while hard function deals with the hard fruit and vegetables such as ginger at its suitable speed of extraction then there's the reverse function that gets every juice extracted efficiently. The juicer makes little to no noise and cleaning is easy(disassembling for cleaning only takes a couple minutes). Its surely worth every dollar spent,I'm pleased with my juicing results daily. Very messy when in use. The skin of the fruit can jam up and it is necessary to use reverse button regularly. Read more

It is the best juice extractor I have found. It is small, which seems to me to be the perfect size. It has 3 functions that help when making my juice. It does not make much noise and that is the best of all. It works perfectly and its price is really very comfortable. Very easy to clean because you can disassemble it for a perfect cleaning. Let me start by writing that I have never owned a juicer before. This is my first experience. I wasn't expecting it to be so easy or that I would get as much juice out of fruits and vegetables. This juicer is powerful and does a great job extracting juice and separating the pulp. Frankly, I was shocked to see how much juice can come out of a carrot. Instructions are easy to follow, and clean-up is a breeze. You will need to cut the fruit into small pieces to fit down the tube, but other than that, it works great. Keep in mind that if you are looking for an orange/lemon juicer, this is not it. You cannot put peels in the juicer per the instructions. The machine does exactly what it says it will do, but it was a little louder than I was expecting. Read more

Slow juicers are quite a different animal than the high speed juicing machines. About a decade ago I filled my house with tons and tons of vegetables, fruits and use those high speed juicers to go on a juicing diet. At that time these slow juicers tended to be more expensive and more difficult to clean than the high speed juicers. I think they call this type masticating juicers. That basically means rather than chopping up the vegetables or fruits and then squeezing the juice out of them with high speed centrifugal action. Masticating juicer crushes the fruits and vegetables and literally squeezes it out directly. Because the vegetable and fruit is not chopped up and the juice is squeezed out of it instead of spun out of it the juice tends to last longer. I'm not sure it goes bad any quicker In the refrigerator but what it does lose Is a lot of the antioxidants. Most of the books on juicing say that you should probably use something with a centrifugal Most of the books on juicing say that you should probably use something with a centrifugal juicer within the same 24 hour juice timeframe. With the slow juicing process that this device uses the juice can stay good much longer. This can hold fresh the antioxidants for as much as 5 or 6 days. Couple of things have changed since that time some years ago of them being the price of these systems Has become competitive both of them very similar in cost. Ⅱ Ⅱ thing is changed is the design is now easier to clean with this masticating style. For me that means if I want I can make juice everyday. Testing this I happen to have about 7 or 8 bunches of carrots that were stacking up in the fridge. Well some people aren't bothered by this I always strip the bark off the outside of carrots. I'm not a big fan of when vegetables tend to taste earthy as they call it. Since they were carrots most of them fit into the shoot rather well although the big fat ones I did have to trim down a little bit. I cut up a few tomatoes I had that were starting to get a little over ripe and added a few stocks of celery. Top it off of little bottle lemon juice and it made a really nice drink. Clean up took about 10 minutes which is about average for this or the other style of machines. Recommended. Read more

I have to say, when I ordered this item I had very low expectations on how it would perform. From the description it looked very small and rather flimsy. Boy was I wrong!! This juicer is very well made and super heavy duty for everyday use. After giving it a good scrub down (to remove any traces of bird and swine flu) I ran a full bag of clementine oranges through it (they'd been in the fridge for quite a while) and it tore through them like a hot knife through buttah (as they'd say in Boston). There's a downspout on the underside of the juicer (it took me a minute to find it) and all you have to do is put the supplied cup under the spout and the juice flows into it. Cleanup is a cinch. The entire unit breaks down and everything is dishwasher safe (except the base of the unit) for top shelf cleaning. The unit has a couple different options for use with either "hard" or "soft" fruit/veggies. It also has a reverse option in case you get a little carried away throwing carrots into it. This thing has seen a lot of use since it's arrival and I've had zero issues with it. A solid purchase! Read more
