The media could not be loaded. This is my third or fourth juicer, from over the years. At first I wasn't sure if it was a good fit. Once I figured out how to use it the way it is designed (upright slow cold press juicer) I fell in love with it. So easy to use, makes great juice, clean up is easy-peasy, as well. Ironically, my first juicing was an entire stalk of celery, Pushing 2-3 pieces (ribs) through the hole down into the hard plastic Auger each pass. End result was some good juiced celery, with a clogged pulp shoot.* Once I relaxed and realized I can simply loosely fill the entire Hopper with all types of rinsed and uncut veggies/fruits, then let gravity feed the Auger (with a rare occasional nudge from provided 'Pusher' plunger, life became simple and enjoyable. *Follow the directions concerning the 'Pulling the silicone valve' on the juicing bowl, when you go to clean out the pulp outlet.
